We were very impressed with the way Woodlands helped us with the sale of our property during a difficult time. Initially they guided us on what was a realistic price at which to market our house, then arranged a number of viewings which resulted in us selling the property at close to the asking price within 10 days. The virus outbreak meant that the whole process was delayed, resulting in us losing our initial buyer, but Woodlands remarketed our house and we found a second buyer within a week, despite the obvious difficulties presented by Covid. Woodlands are a really good estate agents, I would recommend anyone to sell their house through this estate agents. The staff always returned calls even during Covid. We had a chain of 8 houses when we moved and they managed to get us moved within 3 months of selling date, and we got top price for our house, thoroughly recommend. Our experience of using Woodlands to purchase our new home was excellent!! Simon in the office was extremely helpful from the outset and ongoing through our constant phone calls (sorry Simon)... We love our new home, but if the time comes we will definitely be using Woodlands to sell! The only negetive was the final hand over, as after completion we arrived at our new house to find the old owners had only moved 50% of their belongings meaning our removals team couldn't get on with their job and we had to awkwardly sit in our car waiting until 4:30pm. Maybe out of Woodlands control. Being that removals companies charge a late fee if you go past 2pm I think it would be sensible to have a vacate by: time. We had to vacate out old property by 12:30pm. All being said, a very positive experience.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

There is a wide choice of estate agents in Horsham, some independent and some part of a larger network. We chose Woodlands primarily because it's independence, with a team that know the local area inside out. We were highly impressed with their service and, most importantly, their patience & expert advice when dealing with issues that always arise in the sale of a house. I cannot recommend Dave & the team at Woodlands highly enough if you are looking to buy or sell a home.
