Woodlands have managed a rental property on my behalf for the past 5 years. They've been incredibly tolerant of me learning to be a landlord, and have been receptive to some of the ideas that I wanted to bring to this little side business. Carolyn and co in the Horsham lettings office have done a wonderful job of sourcing quality tenants, and where things have needed doing either between tenancy or during, rock star property manager Katie has been there to help me figure it out. For the amount of business I'm worth (one 3-bed house), they give me a lot of their time, often with no notice. So far they've always been happy to engage with me and I always feel heard.
