GoogleI asked Woodlands Estate Agents last year during lockdown to sell my late sister's flat. The professional attitude and kindness was excellent. They were positive but realistic. I was kept informed of all potential buyers until completion of sale. Happy to recommend them.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAfter speaking with many agents, Woodlands were the friendliest, most professional and knowledgeable in the Horsham area. Simon's valuation wasnt just based on the current market but unlike any other agent they had sold multiple properties in my road so I was left confident that he wasn't simply relying on data to do the job any other agent could. I recieved more than 1 acceptable offer within 3 days, leaving me with no doubt I would only use woodlands in the future. My viewings were conducted by David and his team, and both Sam and Iain were a credit to the business.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
