Dealt with Woodlands for my purchase. Despite long delays on my sale, Woodlands were always on hand to give advice and assist where possible, chasing the various parties for updates. Steve Frank was particularly on point with communication, always being available, while Dave was extremely knowledgeable in explaining a situation that arose that no-one from any company involved had encountered before. Despite solicitors being slow, they expedited this by putting on pressure, even verging on doing my estate agent’s job.
