GoogleAn absolutely terrible company, you name a scam landlord tenant and they will pull it, regardless of checkin and check out . Avoid them like the plague !

Mr Ellison, your landlord has a legitimate claim on your deposit monies, as the property was not left in the same condition as Inventory, allowing for fair wear and tear. As you are not in agreement with the deductions, the Tenancy deposit scheme, will adjudicate with the evidence provided from both parties and make a final decision on who the monies should be awarded too, Thank you The Lettings Team

GoogleI do not recommend, when you move out of the house, they try to stop your deposit for old problems, if there is a problem and you report it, nothing happens

I am sorry to read of your disappointment with the service provided. I am having difficulty locating your tenancy and wondered if you could contact the office so I can discuss this issue with you and hopefully resolve it to your satisfaction. Regards, Tom Cosens
