I have worked with Woodlands as a landlord for over 15 years and have always found the whole team courteous and efficient, but Sam K has gone above and beyond recently, providing clear resolutions and explanations to some quite challenging issues. Always patient and measured, she has provided detailed advice and guidance to me and has shown a terrier-like determination to see challenges through to the end. Great work Sam and thank you. GoogleWoodlands Letting team have been extremely helpful with quickly finding me a flat to rent. After I signed up, they provided many property matches and quickly arranged viewings. Massive thank you to Dani who was there through the whole process and communicated updates with me regularly. GoogleSteve Frank at Woodlands looked after me through the entire process of purchasing my new home. He kept me informed so I was always aware of exactly what was happening with all parties, and at a moments notice he allowed me to view the property when I needed another viewing. When he gave me the keys on the day of completion he also gave us a hamper to welcome us. I am very grateful to Steve and Woodlands for making a stressful time much more manageable.
