GoogleWJ Meade just let my house. Fast and professional service, would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future...

GoogleAdam & Jenny at WJ Meades, have been a massive support all the way through this process. They have kept me grounded and reassured all the way through from beginning to end, even at times when I have felt like throwing the towel in, and my blood pressure was going through the roof. Jenny has kept behind the solicitors and kept on the ball. I would recommend WJ Meades for anyone thinking of going to market.

GoogleI can highly recommend the team at Highams Park WJ Meade. In particular Adam, who went above and beyond to help us find our dream home, securing us a viewing on a house in our ideal location before it was even listed. Jennie was also a great help in keeping the purchase moving along. A fantastic team!

GoogleWe purchased a property via WJ Meade and I can’t speak highly enough of Adam, Jennie and the team. They were helpful, supportive and accommodating in all our dealings with them. When things got a bit stressful towards the end (as they inevitably do) they were a great support to us, really going above and beyond to make the process as smooth and pain free as it could be.

TrustpilotGood service
Good service. Was a shame we had to this and collect the keys when we should have already moved in.

Dear James,Thank you for appreciating our 'good service', however we would have expected a higher rating that a 3*.It is unfortunate that the previous tenants delayed moving out which caused issues for us and yourselves, but this was out of our hands. Now you have moved in, we hope that your tenancy goes smoothly. Good luck in your new home.Kind regards,WJMeade

TrustpilotNot the worst experience I’ve had with an estate agent
Would have been nice to receive some more information in advance of the move in date so that we could have moved in more smoothly. Not sure why you have to show your passport in person
Agent replied · 24 October 2024
Dear Client,As you are aware from the Applicant Terms & Conditions you would have signed before proceeding with the Tenancy, it is a legal requirement for us to see all applicants in person before being able to grant the tenancy. Whilst this frustrates tenants and ourselves, we have to follow the regulations and legislation.Hopefully you will understand this is something which is out of our control and the rest of your tenancy will be enjoyable.Kind regards,WJMeade

GoogleThe team at WJ Meade Highams park led by Adam has been very helpful and accommodating throughout my conveyancing process. Despite the process had been long beyond their control, they have been very patient. I am very satisfied with the services I received and I will have no hesitation to recommend any known people in my surroundings to the team. Thank you all and best wishes to you all.

TrustpilotMeade has been nothing short of…amazing.
Meade has been nothing short of amazingly professional in the sale of our house. Billy and Michael kept us informed at every step of the process, their friendly and professional attitude were first class. I would thoroughly recommend them to buyers and sellers in the area.
