Michael Whitby and his team were fantastic. We were up against an extremely tight timeline, and thanks to Michael we achieved it. The property was perfectly pitched to sell quickly for the best price achievable. We had a buyer within days of viewing, and then worked with WJM to hire an excellent lawyer who, along with WJM helped us work though the bureaucracy on the sales side, which when you're dealing with a lease in London can be very challenging. I've worked with WJM since 1997 and have always have an excellent experience with Michael, Haris, Billy, Karolina, and the team for both sales and rentals. They know the area incredibly well and don't churn their staff like others, so you get great service continuity, and can build up a rapport with the team. This time, due to the challenges of the timeline, they really pulled out the stops. Very impressive. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend WJM.
