GoogleThe lady working there Debby Black was the agent that worked with us to make the offer on a house we wanted to buy. First of all they will push for their own mortgage advisor and lawyers otherwise the property will still be on sale online and getting views from the people. (This is after they accepted our offer) In the end we agreed to have our own mortgage advisor and to use their agency lawyers (Big mistake) This lawyers will never pick up the phone call, will almost never reply to our emails it was a nightmare getting any updates from them. We thought that maybe using their lawyers will make the things move faster because there was no chain but we learned that it was not the case. Also after we got the keys the previous owner left their rubbish in front and inside of the house, anyone buying a house please ask for a clean up property with no rubbish inside or outside. And of course we contacted the agency regarding this rubbish matter and guess what it is not their problem! Avoid this agency
