GoogleFrom the initial valuation Marc Mcilveney presented himself as very professional with a good working knowledge of the local and wider housing market. He gave us good information and advice on the expected value and time span to sell etc . This sale was not easy and quite protracted which was no fault of Marc. It was from our side that all of the problems arose. Marc was very understanding and empathetic to our personal issues doing everything possible to find work arounds and solutions to help us move forward. Although he was being pressured by the buyer he was able to manage their expectations and not expose us to the pressure while encouraging us to move forward. He negotiated some very good solutions with the buyer to enable us to complete the sale on a timeline that all parties were happy with. I would highly recommend Marc.

GoogleWe didn’t sell our house in the end but the staff were always professional, kept us in the loop and was up front and kept our expectations realistic. We had plenty of viewings and a number of offers. The property was on the market with another agent for months with no success. Mark chloe and Lorraine really went above and beyond for us.

GoogleWe have had the best professional service from Marc Mcilveney. Our house was on the market with two previous agents with no luck and a very proactive Marc introduced himself to us and within a few weeks he secured a buyer. During this time he has kept us up to date at all times and is also well supported by his office team, who always respond in a very timely manner to any emails I have sent. House moving is a very stressful time and Marc has guided us through this relatively easily. Highly recommend!

GoogleUnusual review, as I am not currently a customer. I unfortunately chose to market my property through another agency and almost instantly regretted it. Even though I am not with them at the moment, Marc and his team have been there for me to offer far more advice and support than the agents I am actually using. They have been respectful and proactive throughout and I will be using them automatically if the property has not been sold by the end of my current contract. A lesson learned the hard way.

GoogleWe have been extremely dissatisfied with the service we received from this branch throughout the sale of our property. After we accepted an offer, the team essentially disappeared, leaving us to handle both transactions ourselves. We were forced to coordinate between all parties, chase solicitors, follow up with the lender, and manage the entire process over the course of four extremely stressful months. WHB provided no meaningful support or assistance during this time. Even the estate agent representing the property we were purchasing expressed their shock at the appalling service we experienced. They had to step in and fill the gap left by WHB to ensure our sale was progressing. The only time we witnessed any enthusiasm from WHB was when they signed us up. After that, their level of professionalism, engagement, and service declined dramatically. Their sole tangible contribution was organising the viewings, and beyond that, they offered little to no value.
