GoogleI recently have purchased a property for my daughter through William Hbrown,Rainham.I am very happy with the professional acumen of Mr Marc Mcilveney and her associate Miss Lorraine.They were always there whenever we needed any information pertaining to the property we were buying besides being humble and polite in their dealing.

GoogleNever trust this branch, especially Sunisha and Jason. They will play with your emotions and give you false hope. We waited over 6 months for a house in RM5, which is back to market now. We wasted money on searches and a survey, only to be left with nothing. The seller didn’t even have an onward purchase lined up, yet the agents kept pushing us to exchange and complete after 3 months. They just manipulated their buyers so never trust them specially if you are buying. Throughout the entire experience, the communication was poor, pressure was high, and transparency was completely lacking. They clearly cared more about closing a deal than doing what’s right for their clients. Never again. Avoid William H Brown Gidea Park at all costs. Save your time, money, and peace of mind.

GoogleI’ve reached out multiple times to book viewings, but I’ve noticed a significant delay in receiving callbacks, it often takes days to hear back. While I appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of the team, the slow response times make the process unnecessarily challenging. I understand that the property market can be busy, but timely communication is essential for an efficient and stress-free experience.

GoogleMarc and both Lorraine’s were excellent (One has a slightly different spelling that I can’t remember)from the beginning , gave guidance when needed and had the house under multiple offers after the first weekend. Kept in contact but never badgered me. Couldn’t have asked for a better agent. Was excellent value for money too.

GoogleI have had a wonderful experience with William H Brown Estate Agents, they were very professional, polite, helpful, punctual and supportive, especially with Mr Bogdan who left no stone unturned to help, advice, support and guide, I am truly grateful to him. The estate agent kindly suggested according to my circumstances to sell the house via the modern method of sale, via an auction, it worked very good for me and my house was sold in a very period of time. GoogleDealing with Michelle and the team at William H Brown was an absolute pleasure. They made finding a tenant for my rental property completely stress-free. The process was quick, professional, and ran smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again in the future.

GoogleMy wife and I appreciate the entire team at William Brown, from our initial contact with Michelle (very responsive and friendly) to viewing the property, filling out the application, reviewing paperwork with Michael & Neal before signing our contract, moving in, and now property management (Sian, who’s been excellent with support), they’ve all been excellent throughout the entire renting process (moving houses is hard work!). We had a few support queries that were attended to swiftly. Cracking job from the team, thank you for making our move in worthwhile. Izy&Bob

GoogleI was accused of swearing. I emphatically did not. I was ptomised assistance. Not forthcoming, no explanation or apology given. I feel I sold for less than I expected. I now despise this organisation. I wish I had gone with my choice of estate agent. How much inpur have I had had from them in the past few weeks? Absolutely nothing. You have been warned. Don't trust William Brown Gidea Park. They lie, don't do what they promise, and have no contact with their client.

GoogleWhat a great team - if I called and my estate agent was out someone else would try to help not just take a message. The conveyancing service was a little more that others but far more efficient - a great website that tracks every activity. They really supported our purchase from start to finish - all the viewings we wanted. This is how a traditional estate agent should be - reliable. Thank you Georgia and co! :) Since the original review 3yrs ago, the team have sold the house for me and are now selling my flat - I've gone back up north :) . Paul runs a great team there - whether you are selling or renting I recommend trying them first.

GoogleWe put the property up for sale in July 2022 and finally completed the sale last week as our first buyer pulled out. Lorraine was very helpful with securing a number of viewings of the property and Marc the manager gave us sound advice. The only issue was it seemed to take a while for the property to go in the market and the first valuation was a bit high although we were unlucky with the housing market stalling due to interest rates going up.

GoogleFrom first contact with Marc right up to where we are now (Sold STC). The service has been (is) professional, courteous and friendly. The communications are timely and polite, plus the portal enables you to keep track of progress easily. We were very impressed with the high quality of the photographs of our house and the marketing. We were given constructive advice on maximising the potential our property, which was well worth following. They even advised us on our purchase and assisted with the negotiations. Highly recommend this branch.
