Extremely unprofessional and disorganized team. I contacted this agency regarding a property to let. Michelle initially promised to arrange a viewing but never followed up. After chasing them myself, I finally spoke with another team member who scheduled a viewing, only for it to be for a completely different property than the one advertised on their website. To make matters worse, they insist on collecting extensive personal information through forms before even allowing a viewing, which feels unnecessary and intrusive. Overall, a frustrating and time-wasting experience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company.

Nasty nasty nasty estate agents. Stay clear. I tried to buy a house, 100 Rainham Road, from these guys back in 2021 - already had a mortgage offer in hand due to another purchase falling through and offered over the asking price but they insisted I spoke and went through their internal mortgage brokers for an affordability check and pushed me to get another mortgage offer with their people. I was told the seller would prefer it. In the end I missed out on the house and I believe they didn’t even put my offer forward to the seller (which illegal) because as FTB offering over the asking price by 10k and not to get the house is pretty confusing. Apparently it was down to “preferring” the other buyer even though WHB told me my offer was the highest submitted to them but because I didn’t use their internal services I was at a disadvantage. Only reason I’m writing this review now is because I’m looking to purchase in the area again and have seen houses marketed by these guys on RM & Zoopla which brought back memories. Stay clear.
