Any issue I had come across with solicitors were quickly addressed, and I must say, I felt very well taken care of through the whole process. I Couldn't recommend William H Brown (Gidea Park) enough.

GoogleAlthough having appraisals from 5 different estate agents we decided to go with Charlie from William H brown. We had a good feeling about Charlie he came across as professional responsive and highly motivated. Nicole was also very professional after the house was put on the market it was sold within 3 days. hopefully the path to completion will be as trouble-free and as well managed as the rest of our experience with William h brown Romford

GoogleAfter eight house moves I can honestly say that the service offered is fantastic. Charlie was so professional, his marketing enabled us to have no fewer than 7 offers over the asking price. He advised us as to the buyer he thought most likely to proceed smoothly and indeed they did. The sale then went through without a hitch and communication was spot on all the way.

GoogleReally shocked at the lack of update on the sale of my property. No phone calls, responses to emails or anything really. The sign up was the best service provided and after that nothing. GoogleFrom a buyers point of you very unprofessional. I feel sorry for the sellers. Viewing for properties are available but estate agent says fully booked. Had to knock on sellers door to find this out. Do not return calls to buyers and also don't tell sellers a bid has been put through. Really annoyed and disappointed by missing out on a property I wanted to buy just because of the estate agent telling lies to the seller. Avoid using this branch in Rainham.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleIt’s no exaggeration to say that Rob Jones’ wise and timely actions were fundamental in making my purchase feasible, and getting it over the finish line, he’s a credit to his company and his trade. As a first-time buyer in the middle of a pandemic, there was obviously some trepidation about the purchase, and some added strain on all processes, especially in relation to lenders. With calm rationality, proactivity and good humour, Rob was able to navigate these tricky waters with relative ease. I could write pages on how welcome Rob’s approach was, but just want to highlight two instances that I feel give the measure of the man: 1. The offer stage: The buyers were somewhat anxious having had a previous sale fall through, and the asking price needed to be reduced in order to fall within my price range. Not only had Rob already managed to secure an additional £10k in comparison to other brokers’ offers, he then, without my initiation, spoke directly with the estate agent to assure him that A) all financial arrangements were ready to be initiated and, B) as a first-time buyer, the process would move rapidly, which was of key importance to the sellers. My final offer was accepted only a few hours later, and I have no doubt that Rob’s intervention was key. 2. Exchange / completion: Shortly before exchange / completion were due, my prospective lender (a major and generally reputable national bank) started to experience what could politely be called ‘administrative and communication issues’. Long story short, this resulted in continual delays, and more than one instance of the exchange being delayed on the day it was supposed to go through. The bank even tried to devalue the property by £10k due to an admin error following an unrequired third valuation after my instruction to exchange had been received by my solicitor. Rob was again proactive, this time to the point of tenacity, in chasing down answers, joining dots for the lender, and communicating with both my solicitor and the estate agent. Again, without Rob, I predict this would have fallen through. These are just two instances. However, in-between these times Rob’s almost universal availability, personable manner, reassurance and extensive knowledge made an always-difficult process so much easier. It was always a pleasure dealing with Rob, and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second in using his services again.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
