Words cannot fully describe what this amazing team did for our little family. From us being doubtful about Modern Auction properties as FTBs, then in a quick 10 minute call; Bogdan’s explanation and arranging a viewing despite our reservations (and previous brokers telling us it’s not possible) changed that for us. Then upon viewing the property, Marc made us feel so at ease and provided us with not only great knowledge of the property and reason it was on the market but made us feel like we had a chance. His words were “I really wanna make this happen for you, so let’s do it!”. Within 90mins of us viewing the property, Marc had arranged an appointment for us (bearing in mind it was a Saturday) with their company/sequence partner Mortgage Advisor - Aki. We thank our lucky stars for Aki! Aki was professional, organised, knowledgeable and we loved the whole visual set-up during our virtual meeting and within 10minutes we realised why we had been declined a mortgage the past 2 years with various lenders. Aki’s communication throughout the whole home buying journey has been impeccable - even on his days off! With a previous failed purchase and lots of setbacks, this was our final hope of getting on the property ladder, but Aki proved otherwise and within under 2 weeks we received a mortgage offer! He continued to communicate with us up to the point of completion despite moving teams. This just showed his commitment to his job, clients and reputation. Also Lorraine - thank you for being so friendly every time I called the branch. You spoke to me like we were family from the initial call without ever meeting me and further calls, you never made me feel like a nuisance. Thank you to the young lady who showed me around the property for a second viewing before exchange. So friendly. We had a lovely chat whilst you helped me measure up the rooms in the property. I’m saying too much, but we are truly and immensely grateful for what everyone has done for us at William H Brown/ Sequence. Can’t wait for the time we’ll need you again for another purchase and utilising our lifetime membership. I’m so happy with the service and have recommended you all to my friends and family hoping to get on the property ladder.
