GoogleExcellent and showed compassion. Not "pushy" to get house on their books at cost to us emotionally. Different approach to other Agent but equally valid and perhaps more suitable for our personal situation!

GoogleI decided to use Whittaker & Biggs for the sale of my house because they gave the same valuation as two other estate agents but were more competitive with the percentage they charged. Nick came to take the pictures and he didn't skimp with them, all looked really good as though a professional photographer had taken them. The staff are very polite and professional and always wanting to help whenever I called them, they were extremely patient with the sale as my ex did not make things easy, they actually sold the house twice as my ex would not sign contracts for the first sale and the house had to be remarketed almost 12 months later. I can not thank them enough for the patience and professionalism they had in selling the house, I would definitely recommend Whittaker & Biggs if you are thinking of selling a property.
