GoogleExtremely responsive from the very first contact. Marcus offered us excellent advice when needed and was readily available, and quick to respond when we had questions and queries. We had efficient and professional dealings with the other staff in the Leek office too.

GoogleWe had Whittaker & Biggs value our property alongside another well known online estate agent. We found the advice and valuation given by Whittaker& Biggs by far the best. We put the property on the market and within one week we had received several offers and agreed a sale, which was actually in excess of our asking price! The service from Whittaker & Biggs from our initial meeting through to handing over the keys was exceptional! A big thank you to all the staff at the Leek office.

GoogleWhittaker and Biggs provided us with a fantastic, prompt and professional service. Communication from start to finish was fantastic and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Marcus was great to deal with, he is very Informative and always had our best interest at the forefront of his role - which at such an unsettling time of buying and selling houses is a welcomed reassurance! We wouldn’t hesitate to use Whittaker and Biggs in leek in the future and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking to use a well established and reputable estate agents :-)

GoogleMy experience from start of the sale process to the end was excellent. The marketing of the property was very quick and efficient. The communication throughout was always prompt and reliable. I would thoroughly recommend Whittaker & Biggs if you are looking for a professional service. Great team thank you to Marcus and Chloe in particular whom I regularly dealt with during the sale of our old family home.

Always keeping you updated, willing to answer questions and chasing up slow solicitors. They give estate agents a good name! A huge thanks to Nick, Vicki, Janet, Allison & Jon for everything.
