GoogleBe very cautious with this agency. We paid £650 administration fee and agreed to move into a house. On our moving in day we discovered that the house was infested with mice and the kitchen was filthy. We refused to move in and they refused to reimburse this fee. We found them very unhelpful and rude!

Brad and Julianna have given us a great service from the rental side and have resolved any issues which have arisen. Very clear and helpful advice given from all the team and great communication. GoogleMy flat has been let with Cales since May 2014. The Lettings Manager, Julianna Garwood, has conducted the negotiations with all my tenants and any maintenance issues, inspections and the necessary cetification has been carried out efficiently by Julianna and her collegue Brad Peck. The prospective tenants were shown around by Matt Harper and I received good feed-backs regarding the suitability of the property. Cales have always been very proactive in finding new tenants, which is highlighted by the fact that the flat has only been empty for a maximum of 12 days between tenants.

Julianna, Brad and the team have always demonstrated professionalism, up to date knowledge of the rental market and a proactive approach to finding suitable and reliable tenants for my properties. On more than one occasion they have gone above and beyond their remit as letting agents to resolve issues on my behalf. I would thoroughly recommend Cales & Co to both Landlords and Tenants.

GoogleWe can only describe the service from Cales as absolutely superb. Our house was put on the market and sold within a week thanks to the efforts of Steve and his highly efficient team. They were so helpful with keeping us updated through the whole process and with recommendations for solicitors and furniture removals. We cannot praise the service highly enough and would thoroughly recommend this agency.

GoogleCales & Co sold our house in Portslade. Can't thank them enough they really are a fabulous team and work so well together. Everyone is very polite and professional, from the agents to the lovely receptionist it was a pleasure to deal with them. We were always kept informed, they were always on time and easy to speak to and true to their word. We highly recommend them, if you want honesty this is the agents for you. Thank you to all at Cales & Co.
