GoogleWe recently bought a property through Whitlock & Heaps and had a great experience from start to finish. At no point did they come across as pushy, which had been our experience of so many other EAs. We found them to be responsive, helpful and above all else, Jack was a real pleasure to deal with. GoogleI have been renting the same property from Whitlock & heaps since 2008. As there tenant I can speak very highly of them, Over the years when issues have arisen they have been dealt with a understanding and efficient manner. I have got to know the family personally and they are genuinely lovely people and are always happy to help. I am very lucky have such a great estate agents, 100% the best. GoogleThe service we received from Whitlock and Heaps was fantastic. We had previously been on the market with a much larger agent and found that they overpriced it and lost interest very quickly when it didnt sell immediately. W&H were much more involved, were honest, kept us informed, and found us another buyer quickly when the first buyer fell through. Jack was very knowledgeable and also just a really nice guy which does help when you need to be in contact a lot. Wish we'd have gone with them from the start. Thankyou Whitlock & Heaps.

GoogleReally positive experience with Whitlock and Heaps. Their Pricing was fair, the photos looked great, most importantly for me was that there was always somebody on the phone. Because they work so closely I could always talk to someone who was familiar with our property. I dealt with Peter and Jack and they were really helpful and friendly.

GoogleHighly recommend Whitlock and Heaps Estate agents. They’re a family run business with over 70 years experience of buying and selling properties. That’s what the website says and yes it’s true! After trying to sell our home for 10 weeks by another agent we changed to Whitlock and Heaps who sold our home almost immediately plus managed to negotiate the flat I wanted to buy! They’re reactive and proactive. Every phone call was returned the same day from the moment we went on their books to completion. They kept us informed and didn’t give us false expectations like others had. I felt confident everything would run smoothly and it did. Jack and the team are friendly, welcoming despite being super busy they always dealt with any questions we had the same day in person or by phone call. You only have to drive around Hove and Poets corner to see their success rate for yourselves. We are settled and happy in our new home thanks to Jack and the team. If I ever move again these guys are the ones I’ll go with!

GoogleExceptional Service. Would wholeheartedly recommend Cales & Co. We were renting with them and had no issues whatsoever from signing the tenancy to vacating. They treat you with respect and have done so much for us whenever we had any maintenance issues. We had to move due to the landlord wanting to sell the property but they really tried hard to find us alternative accommodation. GoogleNot recommended at all. This estate agent is not mutual between the landlord and tenant. The agent sides with the landlord on all cases. We rented a property from this agent and the landlord had family relationship with Whitlocks and Heaps. We asked for a new kitchen and bathroom to be done and they refused to do it. Once we got evicted, they made houshold improvements including fitting a new kitchen and bathroom in which asked for that to be done in the first place. Its even worth one star , shame you cant give them 0
Dear Harry I was surprised to see your review considering: 1. You had substantial rent arrears 2. Our client had to go through the courts to get possession 3. You have made no attempt to pay the monthly instalments for court costs. 4. We continued to have contractors inspect the property for points raised by you even though no rent had been paid Please also note there is no family connection between the landlord and Whitlock and Heaps.
