GoogleThe whole team are very easy to deal with and professional, but we had a really attentive special service from Becky for whom nothing was too much trouble. She was always ready to help and would get stuff sorted very quickly. Becky is just a joy to work with, and responds very quickly to any question or query. Communication is top notch and I feel she really adds value bridging the worries and concerns of buyers and sellers and keeping the whole thing on track and setting expectations along the chain. Highly recommended and wonderful service from her.

GoogleFor the next customers of this agency: be very careful. In case something happens and you need to leave your rent early, they DO EARLY LEAVING FEES WHICH ARE £600!!!! Imagine you need to move out for an emergency and beside new rent and deposit, consider putting 600 pounds in the pockets of this company that can't care less about tenants. Our contract was supposed to end in september 2025, we had to move out in december 2024 and we ended up losing about £700 with this agency. Thanks for nothing!! You caused us the bigges stress of our life!!

We had used a couple of other letting agents prior to switching to White and Guard but White and Guard have been by far the best and we would thoroughly recommend. We have just had a tenant want to move out before the end of their agreed term and they have ensured that our interests have been protected and a new tenancy quickly agreed. Both Jess and Hannah are brilliant, very professional and helpful staff offering very good advice. Reasonable quotes are obtained quickly for any work which needs doing. Quarterly inspections are always carried out with lots of photos so that we can be sure the property is being well looked after. Inventory reports on check in and check out are also very detailed with lots of photos

I feel their real ability is the ability to connect with all walks of life which is massively important in this industry. When we had sold the property, Peter was great at keeping things on track and fighting our corner.
