Very disappointed with the service from this agency. I booked a viewing for a rental property for Thursday, but later discovered the property had already been let over the weekend. No one from the agency contacted me to inform me. When I called them myself, they didn’t even seem to know the property had already been given to someone else. This shows a clear lack of communication within the team. It’s frustrating to have viewings booked for properties that are no longer available and then have to chase the agency for information. This wasted my time and could have easily been avoided with proper communication.

We had 8 months of our lives wasted , and we are now left with a £4000 solicitor bill all because a buyer this agency endorsed almost to the point you'd of thought the buyer hired them, not the other way around.. 2 months in after the offer was accepted for my property I have raised my concern the buyer seems like a time waster as they were extremely sluggish and with issues of obtaining a mortgage, I was completely dismissed by one of the staff telling me it's normal.. Only for the buyer to pull out without a proper reason, after a failed exchange (again issues on their end) 8 months later..
