Really disappointed in White and Guard, I signed up for 6 weeks and viewings were poor. Only three viewings in 6 weeks. I have now changed agent and had more viewings booked in one day than the whole if the 6 weeks with White and Guard. As with all agents, you have to give 30 days notice to get out of the contract, so this was put in early. I just feel that they didn't bother pushing my property after that. I think I was sold by their glossy brochure and talk of an open day, however don't be fooled, people view online these days. I thought the online pictures were OK until I saw what my new estate agent produced.The different is night and day. (They used a fantastic AI camera). Nice people, but sadly they were unable to get people through the door.

What a great service White and Guard has provided. They went the extra mile to ensure the right tenants were found. Kerry was able to communicate to accommodate an overseas time difference. I think her help and quick responses has helped our new tenants feel at ease. Thanks Kerry and the team!

Lee and Claire were brilliant from word go, always on time for viewings, always called me back when I left a message, always had an answer to my questions and never made me feel like I was bothering them. The last few days were stressful due to my solicitor and Claire put up with my ranting and raving. I will definitely use White & Guard again and would highly recommend them. Thank you Lee And Claire

I was really disappointed by my experience with White & Guard. I contacted their lettings team to organise a viewing for a property and when I explained that I have a service dog for a health condition, the response I received was 'no pets'. When I clarified that legally Service Dogs are not pets, I was told that this wouldn't be accepted by the landlord, with no reasonable reason given other than they didn't want a dog in the property. Disabled persons have equal access rights for a reason. Please consider this when we reach out to you, there are laws that protect us. Service Dogs are not pets.

From start to finish the service was excellent. Each buyer the negotiator showed around the house wanted it, which was a perfect position to be in for offers. Claire Southall negotiated the price for me perfectly.

Tried to view a few properties but felt like I was wasting his time as my property isn’t on the market for another 2 weeks.. really wanted to see what is out there for what we are looking for and really unprofessional that he slated other agents… very disappointing
