GoogleAmazing service and went above and beyond. April Harper at the Portobello branch was a star ⭐️. To cut a long story short, we went under offer very quickly but when that fell through April contacted all the people who wanted to view and got them in to view our property so quickly that we where under offer again within 9 days with our Sold sign up by 11 days. We got more than we anticipated for our property and the schedule and photos on the ESPC were amazing. Would definitely recommend Warner’s they kept us informed and advised at all times. Emma Meechan has also been amazing with correspondence and helping us negotiate through the selling process. Again fab service.

GoogleGreat service from the estate agents - the whole team were very helpful but a special mention to Michelle for keeping us informed on every detail and following up all leads. This took all the stress out of the process. I would definitely use Warners again.

GoogleMy house was sold within a week and for a fantastic price. I could not fault the service I recieved from Michell,Rae and Louise. They were always in touch updating me and answering any questions I had. From Start to finish Avril and the team have been absolutely fantastic. Warners have sold my last 3 houses over the last 20 years and I would highly recommend them.

GoogleI initially started the selling process with another estate agent and became irritated by the poor service. Luckily I discovered Warner’s!
I initially agreed terms with David who was more than accommodating, satisfying all my concerns and tailoring a package to suit my needs. These promises were kept to the letter and I was appointed Rae as my selling agent. I was first struck with the attention to detail, intuitive and how customer focused she was. I won’t elaborate too much; however, I acknowledged the skill and subtle attempts to develop rapport quickly extinguishing any concerns we had.
I was delighted with the marketing and selling tips that were offered by Rae’s unique approach. This led to a sale being agreed within days of being live. I don’t normally write reviews, but the highly professional communications; marketing as-well as her own infectious character, continually injecting enthusiasm and eagerness to go that extra mile. This made me aware of how much an asset she is. I hope you are listening Warner! This member of staff should be retained and treated with the best the company has to offer extraordinary employees.

GoogleI chose Warners to sell my flat recently and the service from beginning to end was first class. Special mention to both Rae Martin, who was excellent as my sales support - she is very knowledgable, informative and provided regular updates and guidance, and Hollie Lewis, who closed the sale out in a timely and professional manner. They both made a potentially stressful situation very straightforward and easy. Would definitely recommend Warners for anyone looking to sell a property, very professional company.
