GoogleWe are so pleased we chose Warners for selling our property and purchasing a new one and would wholeheartedly recommend them. A special thank-you to Michelle, Amy, Anne and Leigh. They were all really friendly, helpful and professional. We were kept informed every step of the way, they gave great advice and happily answered all our queries - fantastic service!

GoogleProfessional and efficient service offered by David, April and Holly from the Portobello team. I was kept informed of developments every step of the way and their support and advice was invaluable. The whole process was very fast moving and my home was under offer within the week and I was delighted with the price offered. Must also thank Sarah who helped with the buying of my new property and of course Scott from the legal team. Everyone has been extremely helpful and friendly and have made a stressful few months much easier. I would recommend Warners to anyone thinking of moving home.

GoogleI have used Warners to sell a jointly owned property in Edinburgh last year and also buy a new one and they have been fantastic throughout the whole process. I would have no hesitation to recommend them. From evaluating and photographing the property to sell at a great price over managing finances with the other party all the way to advising me how much to offer for my new property, negotiating on my behalf and then completing all the paperwork afterwards. Excellent service from start to finish and everyone I dealt with was really lovely as well.
Thanks Jessica, really appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review and apologies for the delay in replying to you. I'll make sure to pass on your kind words to the team and do please let us know if there is anything we can do to help in the future.

GoogleI was very impressed with the level of service from day 1. Initial negotiations with Avril established business terms and house value. Discussions were constructive and terms very reasonable. Sales team did a fantastic job headed up by Michelle. She kept me fully updated with viewings and interest in the house. The entire Warners team have acted with a high level of competence and professionalism throughout. I receive positive feedback about Michelle's welcoming approach from viewers who I met and escorted round the property. GREAT job, highly recommended, well done and thank you.
Many thanks Malcolm. Really appreciate you taking the time to leave us such a kind review. If there is anything else that we can do to help, please do let us know.

GoogleHaving just sold our property in Portobello in under a week, we couldn't fault the service from Warner's. David Elder came to value our flat some time ago, when we were in the early stages of deciding about selling and his attitude was so positive, encouraging and professional, we trusted him to handle our negotiations. Our experience of everyone in the team was positive and friendly and they excelled at keeping in touch, advising us where appropriate and generally being encouraging. We would highly recommend Warner's to anyone selling property in Edinburgh.

GoogleThe 'Selling Team' at Warners did a great job from start to finish. As always in these tasks, it is a team effort but at the risk of unintended ommision, we would like to acknowledge the singular professional performance of: David Elder, April Harper and Danielle Walker. GoogleVery professional, efficient and supportive throughout the entire process of buying and selling, would highly recommend. The support and communication from Scott, Avril, Michelle and Louise was fantastic and they made an otherwise daunting and emotional experience relatively painless, thank you!

GoogleThank you to all the Warner's Team at the Corstorphine branch in Edinburgh and especially to Avril Hislop and Michelle Brownlee who were both extremely helpful and conscientious. We thought selling a house would be a stressful business but their advice helped to keep us calm. We highly recommend this Estate Agent. Anne Bunyan

GoogleAfter a long drawn out, directionless and uncommunicative house sale, I've decided that I cannot in all good faith recommend Warners to you. There are plenty of alternatives available in Edinburgh, do yourself a favour and buy/sell with them instead. On the other hand, if you like the idea of being left in the dark about your purchase/sale for weeks, and you'd welcome the opportunity to repeatedly ask the same questions over and over again then maybe, these are the guys for you. These guys are old school, sneering conveyancers who have an air of "we are really doing you a favour selling your house you know?" about them. This is an industry ripe for a shake up and hangers-on like this crowd will be first to fall. Just my opinion likes...

GoogleWarners Solitiors were fantastic from start to finish. They explained everything really clearly, and kept things simple. We were always kept up-to-date regarding the sale of our property, and really appreciated how organised they were. Personally, we would like to thank Michelle, Avril, Anne, Louise and Holly for all their hard work!
Hi Adam, thanks so much for the review and apologies for the delay in replying to you. I've passed on your kind words to all the team and they're absolutely delighted. If there's ever anything that we can do in the future, please do let us know.

GoogleWhat can I say - superb service! From David our straight talking, down-to-earth Valuer, to the ever efficient Danielle organising our viewings, to our knowledgeable, friendly Negotiator April, the whole experience was pain-free, prompt and professional. We were kept informed every step of the way, to a quick and positive sale!
