GoogleCannot recommend Warners enough! From start to finish, we met with a few agencies as advised to do and found Warners to be the clear choice. Their photography, service and response speed was second to none the whole way through the process and nothing felt too much trouble. Caitlyn Meaney handled our sale with ease, providing great advice and market knowledge whenever we needed some extra reassurance or guidance. Even with an unfortunate sale fall through, Warners handled the whole situation with ease, getting the flat back on the market and finding another buyer without skipping a beat. We got the same great offer we accepted previously and completed within 6 weeks of closing date! I wouldn’t hesitate to use Warners in future, or recommend to others looking to sell (and have already done so!). Thanks again to everyone involved in the sale of my flat and making, quite frankly, the most stressful time of my life, much more enjoyable. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Thank you for such a wonderful review Megan, so happy to hear everything worked out in the end with your sale. All the best!

GoogleI used warners to buy a new build property. My experience was not good, as we neared the date of settlement they stopped responding to emails and did not pick up calls. I was without any update even a day before moving in date. My solicitor was Jazmin.
Hi Jack, really sorry to hear about your experience. We would be more than happy to look into this for you and see if there is anything we can do to rectify this. Please feel free to drop us an email and we will get back to you ASAP - mail@warnersllp.com

GoogleMy Dad used Warners to sell his house. He is in his 80s and doesn't have access to email. Erin has been brilliant throughout the whole process and made it as easy as possible for both myself as his daughter and my Dad. I was able to complete all the paperwork on behalf of my Dad. All he had to do was sign it. This is a great example of having processes in place for vulnerable customers. Erin kept both my Dad and myself informed the whole way through the journey. I know this doubled her work load and we are so grateful for her help and support throughout. Due to this excellent service and lovely, positive person I would highly recommend Erin and Warners. Erin is an example of an exceptional person. A pleasure to deal with.
