I have used Warners to sell a jointly owned property in Edinburgh last year and also buy a new one and they have been fantastic throughout the whole process. I would have no hesitation to recommend them. From evaluating and photographing the property to sell at a great price over managing finances with the other party all the way to advising me how much to offer for my new property, negotiating on my behalf and then completing all the paperwork afterwards. Excellent service from start to finish and everyone I dealt with was really lovely as well.

I was very impressed with the level of service from day 1. Initial negotiations with Avril established business terms and house value. Discussions were constructive and terms very reasonable. Sales team did a fantastic job headed up by Michelle. She kept me fully updated with viewings and interest in the house. The entire Warners team have acted with a high level of competence and professionalism throughout. I receive positive feedback about Michelle's welcoming approach from viewers who I met and escorted round the property. GREAT job, highly recommended, well done and thank you.

Having just sold our property in Portobello in under a week, we couldn't fault the service from Warner's. David Elder came to value our flat some time ago, when we were in the early stages of deciding about selling and his attitude was so positive, encouraging and professional, we trusted him to handle our negotiations. Our experience of everyone in the team was positive and friendly and they excelled at keeping in touch, advising us where appropriate and generally being encouraging. We would highly recommend Warner's to anyone selling property in Edinburgh.

After a long drawn out, directionless and uncommunicative house sale, I've decided that I cannot in all good faith recommend Warners to you. There are plenty of alternatives available in Edinburgh, do yourself a favour and buy/sell with them instead. On the other hand, if you like the idea of being left in the dark about your purchase/sale for weeks, and you'd welcome the opportunity to repeatedly ask the same questions over and over again then maybe, these are the guys for you. These guys are old school, sneering conveyancers who have an air of "we are really doing you a favour selling your house you know?" about them. This is an industry ripe for a shake up and hangers-on like this crowd will be first to fall. Just my opinion likes...

Warners Solitiors were fantastic from start to finish. They explained everything really clearly, and kept things simple. We were always kept up-to-date regarding the sale of our property, and really appreciated how organised they were. Amazing service and went above and beyond. April Harper at the Portobello branch was a star ⭐️. To cut a long story short, we went under offer very quickly but when that fell through April contacted all the people who wanted to view and got them in to view our property so quickly that we where under offer again within 9 days with our Sold sign up by 11 days. We got more than we anticipated for our property and the schedule and photos on the ESPC were amazing. Would definitely recommend Warner’s they kept us informed and advised at all times. Emma Meechan has also been amazing with correspondence and helping us negotiate through the selling process. Again fab service.

Great service from the estate agents - the whole team were very helpful but a special mention to Michelle for keeping us informed on every detail and following up all leads. This took all the stress out of the process. I would definitely use Warners again.
