I cannot fault the team at Waldens…

I cannot fault the team at Waldens Property. Having found ourselves stuck with tenants moving into our property on a set date and no home to move into for us the team helped us to find something suitable within budget in a hurry. No other estate agent/ letting company in Bedford was willing to put the time in that Waldens did. Shelley and Tom are great. Friendly, accomidating and transparent. Should we need to rent again I will without a doubt use Waldens as our first choice. If you are looking for a rental company in Bedford Waldens are the people to speak to. Thanks again everyone. You really saved us!

Very 'Pleased'!!

WALDENS PROPERTY SALES !!I have recently purchased a property through Waldens, and, Sharon Marshall, was, very, 'through', and 'professional' throughout the above process: she, even, helped me choose my carpet for the above!! I think Waldens has that 'element' of the more 'traditional' Estate Agent, in that, I think their Customer service is the 'equal' of their 'desire' to sell their Properties, rather, than this more 'high volumed' approach, that MANY 'Newer' Estate Agents seem to 'favour' now!! Surely, it can't, just, ALL be about selling 'stats'??

Would absolutely recommend Waldens! Especially Rob, who has been incredible from start to finish when we purchased our house recently. We registered our interest in purchasing a house initially with Rob whilst we were still saving, and he was so helpful. We were added to the mailing list and only sent appropriate listings which were within our requirements (which was not the case with other estate agents). We were never pressured if we didn’t like a properly, everyone we dealt with at Waldens was amazingly patient and we saw several houses before we found the one we wanted to purchase. Rob kept us fully updated throughout the whole process, providing regular updates and always getting back to me on any queries as soon as possible. Can’t thank Rob enough for his help and support, which hasn’t stopped even now we’re in the property. Would recommend Rob and Waldens to anyone - absolute stars! Thank you!

I contacted Waldens regarding a property that I was interested in and spoke to a lovely agent called Max! After discussing my family size, Max let me know the property wasn't going to be big enough due to the size of the bedrooms. I appreciated his honesty.
