Sharon has been beyond helpful right from the very beginning of this sale. It has been a very long and complicated sale (not through any fault of Waldens), and without Sharon, I wouldn't have had any clue of where we were in the process! Thank you for making a very slow and painful experience a little less daunting!

Best property lettings agents in Bedford

Hi, I have recently moved into a property near the Waldens property lettings agents in Bedford and I have come across the best property lettings agents (from my experience) and probably the best agent to look after us. Shelly, was amazing! Aside from the fact that she was extremely nice and supportive she was honest, truthful, transparent !! Which is what we all want. Shelly supported us and helped us through the application step by step, we was not just thrown at the deep end to do it ourselves. If you ever find out that she is your agent then know you are in good hands. When I moved in Shelly gave me their Waldens welcoming gift which you do not get from a lot of the other lettings agents, to me that is a sign you are in good hands and that they take pride in their work.

Not wasting my time. 2: They are very honest. Telling the right information about marketing. Also can see they look after the property for the seller as well. even I am a purchaser. 3:They treat me respectfully and equally. be honest ,feel much more confident and positive when I saw the property is under Waldens. Thank you Waldens Sale team. Appreciate your help. 05/09/2024

Thank you Nick of Walden solicitors, you made my first time house purchase an experience to remember. From start to finish you remained professional, honest and up front which in my experience has been a far cry from other big name agencies. Buying my first house seemed like a forgone dream as other agents just kept playing politics with the price of the house and promising to get back to me but fail. Nick kept to his word and communicated enough to keep me grounded and confident in the process. I hope you and your team get the flowers you deserve for an amazing job. Thank you.

Waldens always recognised our specific needs & didn’t send us to view properties that didn’t meet our criteria; they listened. Rob was particularly efficient at answering all out questions quickly. The whole team are really helpful. We really appreciated the feeling of care they showed us & it felt like we were part of a small family business rather than a big money making corporation. Thank you, we love our new home!

What I really like about Walden's is…

What I really like about Walden's is their traditional values and customer service, 5 stars++.Shelley was very professional and extremely helpful with every part of the letting process and thereafter. The contract was a breeze compared to the so-called modern business driven model, a pleasure. Thank you very much Waldens!

Hi, I am in the process of purchasing my property through Waldens Estate Agent. I am extremely grateful to Sharon and Nick for all their effort they have put in order for me to secure this property. I believe without Sharon, today I’d be still looking for a property. I am extremely grateful. She’s gone far and beyond just so I can secure this property. She personally notified me well before the property hit the market and booked me in as the first viewer. She knew this was the right and type of property I’ve been looking for.. I have nothing to say but full of gratitude and praise for Sharon and her colleagues. As well as being experienced in her role, she’s an amazing person too. I found both Sharon and Nick polite, honest and genuine two individuals. Enjoyed going out viewing properties with them for sure. Hopefully, once I settle in my new property I plan to invite them for tea and some biscuits. Just to show my appreciation :). Anyways, I couldn’t thank Sharon and her team enough. I will be ever so grateful to them. Thank you Sharon. Best and warmest regards. Payel

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would have. Shelley and her team have been amazing from viewing to moving in. The whole process has been the most amazing and the smoothest move I have ever made. Viewing, referencing, and moving in. I couldn't ask for anything better. I wish other letting agents learn from Waldens. I shall surely recommend them over and over again. THE BEST. 10000%

Waldens Estate Agents have been a godsent to us! Buying a house can be such a stressful experience, but we felt so well looked after from the initial contact to completion. Sharon was wonderful, always on top of her game - in fact we wouldn't buy our beautiful house if she didn't suggest the viewing in the first place! She kept the communication going between ourselves and the vendors which resulted in an extremely smooth transaction and completion in less than 80 days. AMAZING! Thank you so much to the entire Waldens team, but especially to Sharon who, honestly, is incredible. Should we ever find ourselves buying another property we will most definitely come to you!
