I have been a landlord client of Waldens Property Lettings for more than 10 years without a break. When I first put our property on the Kempston letting market, I was impressed with Shelley Foreman's, WP Director, no-nonsense approach to getting the house on the rental market quickly and identifying prospective tenants. Since then, I have had a several tenants mostly without any major problems and if there were any issues, then WPL sorted them out. I recommend WPL to both experienced Landlords and to those starting out on that journey.

Over a year ago, I started looking for a lettings agency to rent my house. Due to Shelley's professionalism and abundant knowledge of the lettings sector, I felt confident that my house would be in good hands at Waldens. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to delay the rental. One year later, Shelley picked up exactly where we left off and seamlessly continued supporting me, advising all that was needed to be done legally, as well as what was needed to be done to get my house into a good standard for rental. Again, Shelley not only shared her professionalism, but she also gave a personal touch, of which I'm grateful for.
