We recently viewed a property being marketed by Waldens and were shown around by Steve. We've been looking for some time now and viewed a number of properties with various agents, however Steve was by far the best representative we've encountered. Knowledgeable and understanding of the questions /points we identified. In this particular case we expressed an interest but stated that the property, for us, needed a lot of work and that a return visit with a builder would be necessary, once we returned from holiday. This wasn't a problem, he advised, as he recognised what we'd highlighted. However, whilst away, we reflected on this and upon return decided not to continue with our interest. When I informed Steve he understood the position and thanked us for advising. In summary, professional, personable and knowledgeable.

Sharon was incredible helpful throughout the process of organising a valuation for probate, and then marketing the property for sale. Communicated very effectively and with appropriate timing - no chasing required, and no spam calls (unlike another set of estate agents we've spoken to before!)

My mum and I have been dealing with Nick at Walden's for the last few months. He has helped my mum to purchase a bungalow. His help dealing with the third party solicitors has been exceptional. Well done Nick and Walden's.

Feels and acts like an old has been estate agent, some staff not helpful, slow, and inefficient to get back to you, the manager Rob? Is the worst and would question whether he actually wants to sell houses as appears to have no motivation, or maybe he just turns up to take the money every month? The younger companies are taking over as they seem to be far more dynamic and efficient compared to this dinosaur.

We can almost guarantee you will never meet a better estate agent than Sharon. As buyers, we only had good experiences with Sharon from viewing on day one to the offer to completion. She made a long and stressful buying process much easier by communicating with all sides, not just the seller's side. Most importantly, Sharon and the agents we met at Waldens always treated us well, which is not something we experienced with other agents elsewhere.

All the staff at Waldens were a pleasure to deal with. So professional, friendly and always available- nothing was straightforward with our house sale (not Waldens fault whatsoever ) however throughout Sharon, and the rest of the team we dealt with, did their utmost to go the extra mile. I can recommend them unreservedly.

Sharon did a fantastic job of selling our late father's home. She was professional and efficient, but also understanding of our personal attachment to the property so did her job in a very respectful way. She kept us updated throughout the sale and ensured that the process was smooth. Sharon was also able to recommend an excellent solicitor and once the house was on the market we were able to sit back and let Waldens and the Solicitor take the strain. Thanks for a great job Sharon, we would definitely recommend you to others, and thanks to all the team at Waldens who helped out at times along the way either on the phone or popping to the property. A great team you have there!

No 1 Estate Agent

I have been renting through Waldens for coming up 6 years and they have been extremely professional and efficient during that time. Any maintenance issues or queries I have are dealt with straight away and you are made to feel confident that you are in good hands. I usually deal with Shelley and she is fantastic! She has recently helped us find a new home, and was even like a counsellor on the phone when I was upset! 🤣 Moving is stressful enough, but Shelley has helped to make the move hassle free. We have been kept updated and informed on the process of the upcoming move and we are very grateful that Shelley found us something so quickly. Unlike other estate agents, Shelley actually understands what sort of property would suit you. Brilliant, and I would not use anyone else. Highly recommended.

Ive been with Waldens 4 years

Ive been with Waldens, property lettings and this is my fourth year renting through them. The quick transition from property to property is very much hassle free, and everything you would need from an agent at stressful times like when moving. Shelly has been my agent for two years and has been amazing with us, whenever there is an issue she is always at hand to help weather maintenance issues or anything related to the property.I highly recommend Waldens Property lettings.

A great property management company

I have been using Waldens now as managing agents for coming up to five years. In short, it was the best decision we made. In the rare event of any issue, things are sorted quickly and efficiently. The best thing is also their gut instincts in finding us excellent tenants for our property. Max dealt with our newest tenants and he provided me with options and updates throughout the process. Thank you Max for a really great service and for finding us new tenants so quickly! We would definitely recommend Waldens to anyone looking for a local and highly experienced management company.
