Horrible tall blonde woman in the office, was very hostile and rude and simply didn’t seem to have the time for me. Will not be returning as her demeanour was disgraceful, the company should be ashamed to have such person there reflecting the company. Her attitude was awful and she had no manners.

Hi Izzy, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're very sorry to hear about your experience and that you felt disappointed by the service you received. This is not the standard of customer care we aim to provide. Please email us at TMW-BDWReviews@accenture.com with your contact details (a phone number and email address would be ideal) and we will raise your concerns with the relevant team, who will contact you directly to discuss this further. Kind regards, Alice from the Barratt Homes team.

I wouldn't take a gifted house on this site. I have been back and forth for 18 months to get the drainage fixed in the garden. The estate Facebook group is full of similar stories. If you want a house where your kids can play outside then look elsewhere Update - still chasing a fix and looking at having to go through NHBC

Build quality πŸ‘Ž. Appears to be a training ground for apprentices with little guidance from more experienced tradespeople. The pictures are of the window frame sealing. They haven't used sealant on some. As for the brickwork, admittedly, I'm not a brickie, but for the price of these houses, I would expect far better. If I could afford to buy one, would I πŸ€”... definitely not!
