GoogleIt's been a month since I've moved into the rented property. Agne was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process of signing the lease and making sure I got everything for my move in. However, one star is removed as it has not been possible to get a single thing on the maintenance list fixed even after moving in for a month, although I have been told a few times they are working on it.... but still no updates.

GoogleHad the pleasure of working with Agne and her manager Ben in trying to find a home. Agne was both helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. Ben did a virtual viewing with me, and it was not rushed. He was both thorough and considerate of my requests.They were both refreshing as they were not pushy about getting me to take an apartment and did not employ pressure tactics, which a lot of their competitor agencies do at the Royal Arsenal. I hope they are able to continue to maintain this calibre of service in the future.

GoogleLANDLORDS STAY AWAY!!! They owe me rent & still ignoring my email for outstanding payment. Vanquish rented my flat for less than a year and Have not paid me more than 3 months of rent! March-earlyJuly 2022. I am owed over £10,000 and they still refuse to respond my emails. An absolute joke of a company! Stay Away I will be taking this to court and will get my money back, as Pound Sterling has dropped so much since July I will consult my solicitor what action should be taken. Will keep everything updated here.

I have looked into this, you had sent a message to one of our directors confirming receipt of the rent and mentioned that you had not checked your bank account or seen an email from Vanquish with the statement of account. I am not sure if this review was intended for Vanquish or another one of your agents as we had never owed you £10,000 in rent. We are quite surprised by your review after having previously told us you have had a great service working with us and that you wish more agents were like us.
