GoogleI have several properties managed by Vanquish over the past 3 years and they have genuinely been amazing. Andreas and the Lettings Team have always found the right tenants, updated me with any issues and arranged them to be resolved swiftly and efficiently. Special shout-out to Nelly and the property management team for keeping the properties in good condition and managing the tenants perfectly. Would highly recommend to landlords.

GoogleThe team at Vanquish are great. I was primarily in contact with Andreas, who helped me with securing a one bedroom apartment in a very competitive rental market. Andreas provided an unrivaled level of support from start to finish and made my experience as a prospective tenant easy, with his proactive and client centric approach. He was very responsive via WhatsApp, phone calls and emails (which is not a given in the London rental market). He was also really knowledgeable about the property, it’s surrounding area and the London rental market generally. For anyone in search of a rental property, I would recommend contacting Vanquish as a first step.

GoogleAs a couple coming from a different country, starting a new life, we had some bad experiences in London. But Agne was our letting agent here and she absolutely made sure everything was a cake walk. These people are just gems! She's super clear with what is needed and doesn't get annoyed with silly questions. We found a home and moved in a week after all the paperwork. Everyone knows that moving is a very challenging process but Andreas made the process smooth and pleasant. He is great! In addition, Leonie Berclaz, property manager for Vanquish was really helpful, super polite, and knowledgeable. Very happy with them! Definitely recommend both.

GoogleI am one of a customer from Vanquish Real Estate as a landlord. We have had a great experience with Vanquish Real Estate, especially Andreas. We cannot recommend him enough: he is meticulous, experienced, and an excellent communicator. It was a pleasure working with him! I want to emphasize two points for the great recommendations. High work efficiency: From the beginning (I decided to rent out my flat) to the end (the tenant moved to my apartment), it only cost two weeks with their excellent communicators. Excellent full management service: I do not need to worry about anything after I decide to rent out my flat. Vanquish help me to solve my carpet (so much appreciate that), cleaning and furniture.

Googleturn around time was quick since it’s in their interest, completely unresponsive to issues with the property after receiving funds. Failed to give any instructions on the property, no walk through and left me without working heating & broken window for the entirety of tenancy
“ Thank you for your review and we are sorry you changed your original review. As our team mentioned previously any issues need to be reported directly to the property management. There has not been any communication during your tenancy or inspections that you faced the issues mentioned above. During the check in process, property manuals were present and if there were any problems we would have rectified these straight away. “
