GoogleMy partner and I came across Vanquish as we were interested in a property within the Royal Arsenal development. We were extremely surprised by the level of attention given to us by Aislyn, the saleswoman who helped us find the perfect property. She met with us on a number of occasions, and patiently took us around the same properties again and again, so that we could make sure we were making the right choice. GoogleAlthough issues can be slow to resolve at times when communicating with the rest of the team, the boss, Michael is probably the most professional and attentive agent I've had the privilege of meeting. Unlike many agents I've had to deal with, he has a sense of urgency when it comes to resolving problems, and you feel this when issues are raised to him. Whatever it may be, he tries his best to sort it out, and I genuinely appreciate the effort. We had a mattress that needed to be removed from the previous tenant and he managed to get it done as soon as he could when I raised the issue with him. He was also very informative when we did the house tour. Vanquish also got everything sparking clean when we moved in, and that really impressed us. Michael will even check in on us every now and then to make sure everything's okay and working well, which just shows the initiative and immaculate service he provides.

The whole team were amazing from the start of our tenancy to the completion of our purchase. Nelly was fantastic at getting back to us with solutions to any problems and Karim managed our purchase effectively and quickly. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleAgne was my estate agent from the start of my process renting in London. From start to finish she was absolutely exceptional! She really went out of her way to give us all the information we wanted, to make the process extremely smooth as this was our first time renting on our own, and she was always so attentive with our questions - and we had lots. She was always easy to reach and quick to reply. Any problems we had she and her team would help us to find a solution. Never felt abandoned at any stage. On move-in day she was still readily available and checking in on us. We met her colleague Sylwia who handed over the keys and all the last minute issues on the day she handled so very well and professionally. Really really loved these two ladies and we are so happy that they were the ones to guide us through our renting process. Our new flat is beautiful!!!

GoogleI can not sing the praises of Andreas enough!!! Best lettings agent I've come across in the market right now by a country mile. Vanquish have got a real asset with him in the team. I work in the property investment industry myself and my recent rental search was disheartening & made be really question the competence of those working in lettings space right now. Very fortunately, Andreas was on the phone when I made an enquiry and the level of service I received has been world class. He's been such an exceptional help throughout the whole process! I'm so glad I met an agent that's not only solved my problem in finding the right place in the current market but is also super down to earth, personable and very genuine. Hard to find people like that. So thankful for his help!!!

GoogleAndreas was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole rental process. He has the perfect balance in finding the best fit for both the landlord and tenant. Andreas was professional, communicative and managed my expectations with zero stress. I've dealt with a lot of estate agencies and Vanquish are by far the best. From both a landlord's and a tenant's perspective, I highly recommend!

Been using these folks to sell my flat, and I'm super impressed. They been attentive, seemingly had a backlog of interested buyers, and generally have been super fast and efficient. They found a buyer literally in a day! and while we are now going through the process of all the paper work, regardless if the sale goes through or not, I'm impressed with these folks. They been super attentive, supportive and just seems on it. All in all, I been delighted with the service I got from them. The only reason I didn't give the full 5 stars is due to the fact there must be some room for improvement in their advertised fees.

Agne from the agency was really helpful at all stages of renting our flat. Her communication was amazing and she kept us updated on the progress of our tenancy. They also use an app which allows you to track your referencing really easily. Would highly recommend the agency and Agne!

LANDLORDS STAY AWAY!!! They owe me rent & still ignoring my email for outstanding payment. Vanquish rented my flat for less than a year and Have not paid me more than 3 months of rent! March-earlyJuly 2022. I am owed over £10,000 and they still refuse to respond my emails. An absolute joke of a company! Stay Away I will be taking this to court and will get my money back, as Pound Sterling has dropped so much since July I will consult my solicitor what action should be taken. Will keep everything updated here.

I had such a positive experience with Vanquish Real Estate and Ben in particular. From the minute I first contacted Ben, he was such a pleasure to speak with. He was always on hand to answer any questions that I had, he arranged a viewing for our property ASAP and once the landlord was happy with our offer, he ensured that we were well updated with how far along in the application process we were etc! We'd had a rubbish experience with our previous letting agents so I was pretty apprehensive about moving again but Ben put me at ease and has set the bar for how an agent should be ! I also really appreciated his colleague Jo-Anne coming all the way to our property with the keys on move in date as I couldn't pick them up due to tube delays! Next level and top tier service!
