GoogleI would give zero stars if it were possible. A bunch of cowboys using scare tactics trying to force their way. Highly unprofessional and rude.

GoogleMy father made an offer on a property that they were selling which was accepted. A couple of days after he went into their offices to hand in his identification and a day after he recieved a call to say that he had been outbidded and that he would need to offer an higher amount than the one that had already been accepted.

GoogleVery happy with service, fee very reasonable, communication good and friendly staff. Seemed to know what was going on who ever you spoke to. Chased and reported promptly. Fast turn around in relation to viewings and getting info online Definitely one of the better agents, I would recommend.

GoogleSold our house through up estates and could not be happier with the whole service they provided from start to finish. They kept us updated on the progression of the sale. We nearly lost the sale 1 week before completion due to a house further down the chain falling through but Upestates sorted all of the headache out in a swift and professional way and we still moved on our first proposed completion day! Would definitely use them again.

GoogleI had a really good experience with Up Estates who sold my house in the Hinckley area. I found them to be responsive and helpful, with Chris offering me advice on all matters regarding my sale and purchase. The proprty portal stuff was useful and enabled me to track viewings and offers. Up Estates prove that the old estate agent pricing model of percentages is no longer viable. Up Estates were under half the price of other local agents, which shows how much money these other agents have been making out of people for years and years. I would recommend Up Estates and I would definitely use them again although I'm not planning to move any time soon ;)

GoogleChose UP based on others reviews and we weren't disappointed. From start to finish they have been professional in all regards. Don't be put off by the fact they are a fixed price agent - they don't do anything different to any other agent - In fact, from our previous experience of agents, they do a lot more and do it better. Had great advice on pricing , great contact with the office team, website comms are great and it's really good to have updates and viewing feedback all in one place. The final sale end of things and managing solicitors in the chain was also managed and communicated really well. Great all round at a great price.

Facebookrecently bought a house through upestates and they are amazing - my solicitors were useless but upestates made sure the process was still really smooth and went above and beyond for us making sure the seller was informed throughout too so we defo managed to get the house!

FacebookPut an offer in for a property and was accepted While driving pass the said property 4 weeks later it had the sold sign up I rang the estate agent and ask if the property was sold to me Sorry we sold it to someone else 😡😡😡😡😡 they said we left you a voicemail I DONT THINK SO WASTE OF MY TIME AND MONEY 💰😡😡😡😡

GoogleWorst service ever. Avoid at all. They just waste your time. Every time you call , they will tell you the different story. Lack of knowledge. So please avoid and don't waste your time.

GoogleI would HIGHLY recommend up estates, from the start of the process right through to the end we received a professional and efficient service. They seem to really understand modern day house selling. Plus they are excellent value for money. They sold our house within 3 days at full asking price. We could not be happier.
