GoogleI wanted to give no starts as I am angry and out of pocket, but the rating system would not let me do this. We are on the receiving end of a chain that starts with this agent. It's unfortunate when a chain breaks down twice, but that's life. What is totally unacceptable is to be lied to and have information held back by the agent. Avoid !!

GoogleCant speak highly enough of Nigel and the team, my property was superbly marketed and quickly sold with the minimum of hassle you would usually expect. Everything from viewings to negotiation taken care of. Highly recommended if your considering selling !!

GoogleWe sold a house in Ashford and from start to finish I have to say how impressed I was with the service we received. Nigel and the team gave us fantastic advice and I have since passed phone numbers of friends on and I know Nigel has looked after all of them superbly. My nan is due to sell next year and I will be straight back on to Town and City !!!! Thanks again

GoogleAmazing service, got my property rented quickly with no hassle or fuss. VERY reliable and trustworthy-Also very friendly and approachable. I will be recommending to all my friends within the property sector. Prices were also very reasonable compared to local estate agents. This is after using many agents within the local area to manage my property- I am happy to say Town & City Residential stand head and shoulders above the rest. Honestly the best level of service I have experienced- felt like nothing was to much for them and they were happy to go the extra mile for me, regardless of what time even after office hours.

GoogleMy experience with Town and City Homes was eye opening. Nigel and Deep were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the current market and where able to answer any questions or quires I had. Being a first time buyer and new to the area I needed an agency that had proven knowledge and experience. I was extremely happy!
