Any queries or issues that arose with the property were addressed immediately and the check in/out was dealt with seamlessly including the return of our deposit. GoogleCannot thank these guys enough for all their dedication and hard work in selling our house and getting us the house of our dreams. Deep worked tirelessly from the minute we called him to book his services. Within the same visit the house was listed online including a virtual tour and the very next day Viewings galore with the property sold within 3 days. He guided us and helped us through some pretty tough times and went above and beyond to keep us fully abreast of every turn. I’m not one for writing reviews but felt compelled to. Word of mouth is always my best go to for a truthful honest opinion and I have nothing negative to say about this firm. Unlike the huge high street firms you are not just a number, their ultimate goal is to see their clients in their dream house that’s what makes these guys tick. He worked weekends to get our sale through quickly and nothing was ever too much for him. From the bottom of my heart thank you Deep

GoogleI bought a house from T&C last week and Nigel, Luke and Deep were great. It wasn't a straight forward sale (through no fault of T&C)- but Nigel, Luke and Deep were always at the other end of the phone to deal with my never ending questions and concerns- no matter what time or day- and they went above and beyond to help me- with all 3 of them working together to sort various different things out for me. They were very understanding and made the process that little bit less stressful for me. They did care about me as a customer and were great to work with. GoogleHands down the best estate agent that we have ever dealt with!! We first encountered Town and City Homes when we bought our house through them and were so impressed with their service. Deep was honest and upfront with us from the get go and we never feel like we were being played in negotiations like we have previously experienced with other agents... it was a breath of fresh air! All was going well until we hit some problems with our buyer and Deep even went out of his way to help us try and get to the bottom of it when our previous estate agent were completely useless! After unfortunately not being able to salvage things, we decided it was a no brainer and put our house back on the market with Town and City Homes. Deep took control of everything and sold our house again in less than a week and for a better price too, which was a bonus! The whole process since then has been quick and seamless and we only wished we'd come across them in the first place! Their dedication to their clients is next to none and they work tirelessly to make it all happen. Our faith in estate agents has been restored after a very long and bumpy road and we cannot thank Deep, Nigel and the team enough! A very professional service, with an amazing video presentation, and achieving our target price within 6 days of marketing. I would thoroughly recommend Town and City for any level of house sale. GoogleI arranged a viewing with this agency. when I arrived the agent was late. I called the company several times and nobody picked up. eventually the agent arrived and I addressed to him that the service I was given was poor. The agent behaved inappropriately and impulsively and made unnecessary remarks. as a result he refused to proceed with the viewing. The worst part about it is that the agent was actually the boss of Town & City Residential Lettings Ltd, Jorge Vieira. Not very good business skills.
Dear Cuvley Your viewing with us was at 2pm today. I was on hold on the telephone to a energy provider which unfortunately caused my being late, I called your mobile at 1.50pm. There was no answer so I left a voicemail advising I was leaving the office but I might be 5 minutes late. I arrived at the property you were viewing at 2.04pm and before I had a chance to apologise, I was approached by yourself in a very rude and intimidating manner along with offensive language about the 'poor service you had received'. I tried to explain that I had called and left you a voicemail to which you advised me that you do not listen to your messages... I even gave my mobile number on the voicemail as I would not be in the office due to my being on the way to the viewing. I advised that if you had a problem to call my mobile as there would be no one in the office. You are correct I refused to show you the property due to your unacceptable attitude. We try to have a very good and personal relationship with all our Landlords & Tenants which I am proud to say we have , but with yourself and your general attitude I felt that this was not going to be possible. No one should or deserves to be spoken to as I was by yourself in any circumstance. Thank you again for taking your time to write this review and I wish all the best for the future. I have just discussed this with my colleague Sophie who you spoke to at our office when you called to ask where I was, she also advised you I was going to be late so I don't understand your comment saying you did not speak to anyone at our office when you called....

GoogleIf I could give zero stars I would! Very poor customer service and communication from the start. Do not waste your time trying to purchase a property from their estate agent. We made an offer few weeks back and made no progress at all. We had to contact the estate agent, I was told either to wait or piss off by the director. He was very rude and cocky from the start. Finally we decided to withdraw our offer and another unprofessional email again from the director. AVOID!!!!!The worst agent for selling property

GoogleTown & City Homes have supplied me with a great service. going above any beyond helpful in the sale of my proeprty & negotiating a completion terms that allowed me to remain in my current proeprty until completion of my new build property. They often attended late evening around my availability and they truly are a company who will go to the next level for their customers to give a great service.
