The updates are constant to give you piece of mind that the transaction going in the right direction, especially what can be stressful time, which they do help reduce this greatly. The are the first to contact other parties (Solicitors, brokers, agents etc)if there are any answers to queries needed. They have provided a great service to me which is why I’ve passed them over to friends and family as they are to be trusted. Will be back!

10/10.. every minute of every day Town and City Homes were there with the sale of my flat. There was no issue or question that they couldn’t solve or help with.. even when I called and they couldn’t pick pick up, without hesitation in minutes they called back.. you can’t wish for better than that.. I recently made an offer for the property they have and they didn’t even get back to me about it, made them the only estate agency who doesn’t let me know about how the offer went. Also when I rang them to make an offer, the agent couldn’t have sounded more bored and indifferent. Maybe it’s not surprising he didn’t get back or maybe he didn’t even take note of my offer in the first place. * adding after their reply below: it was 2 weeks ago and of course it was sold. It’s not ‘yet’, it’s never.

They arranged a videographer to come over and take pictures and a video of the house and our listing was posted on the major sites within a few days. The day it was posted Town & City were fully booked with viewings on our planned open day, and I must say I think it was largely due to the quality of the video and pictures and how they beautifully presented our home. On the day of our open day we received a lot of offers and our house sold on the first open day! I have had an excellent experience using Town and City Homes. Best agents out of 3 more well known that we had round. My point of contact has been Deep. He has been completely honest and upfront at all times. I have had no issues with dealing with him or the company. Any time I couldn't get hold of Deep I left a message and my call was returned immediately. Very response and pro-active agents. Gave the best valuation of my property and within 2 hours of the property going online I had 11 viewing booked. Just went for a viewing today. To be courteous I waited until 5 past prearranged time to call and ask where the agent was. Took 2 attempts to get through and spoke to a very rude woman who informed me the property had been let last week and they had "literally" called me and if I didn't answer they've left me a voicemail. I have had no missed calls, voicemails or texts. They have the correct number as they text me my confirmation. The woman was not even remotely apologetic or sympathetic to the fact they had completely wasted my time. I am livid.

Very bad experience... As a first time buyers, we agreed to buy a house for 280k and was going through the process, we paid the solicitors fees, when one day after 2 months from agreement to see the house back to the market for 300-320k with no notice or even phone call to let us know or ask us if we still want to buy that house. After contacting them, the answer was: - the landlord decided to not sell it, and then changed the mind. Dirty estate agents games.... Buying a house is not Buying a can of coke... or maybe for them is ok We waste our precious time,money and missed out other good offers . Totally disappointed 😞 Please avoid or try to go with some professional agents.

Couldn't have been happier with Town and City Homes. Having marketed our property unsuccessfully with another agent we contacted Town and City Homes who had been successfu in selling another property on our development. I can honestly say that we felt Deep had our best interests at heart at all times and gave us fantastic advice throughout, including waiting for a sunny day to take photographs of our property to show off how light it was. Although frustrating at the time because we wanted our property on the market ASAP, he was right and the photos and video of our home were stunning and well worth waiting a few days. We had been with the other agent for approx 6 weeks with only 1 viewing. I think we had about 4 in the first week with Town and City and lots more enquiries but there was no need to show anyone else round as all viewers made offers and we sold for over the asking price. However it's usually after accepting an offer where things get difficult with slow solicitors and estate agents etc, but we can honestly say that everytime we had an issue or query and contacted Deep, he was straight on the phone to whoever involved and resolved issues there and then, and certainly resolved unnecessary delays in the process. Would definitely recommend Town and City Homes and wouldn't think twice about using them in the future.
