GoogleRecently had two viewings with Kelly Endean from Tim Russ in Wendover, she was so accommodating when I had issues finding the property (which was quite stressful from my perspective!). Kelly was informative when viewing two the properties but balanced with not being overpowering which can often be the case. Overall, having viewed many properties recently, my experience with Tim Russ was definitely better than others.

GoogleHaving lived in, invested and raised a family in our home for 21 years selling it was always going to be a significant emotional milestone for us. We engaged four estate agents, two of whom I believe grossly undervalued it in order to get themselves a quick sale, one who gave the proposition real thought and the final one who was Jo Roscoe of Tim Russ. Jo came into our home and saw the value in all the work we’d put into our home. She used her instincts and experience to value the house correctly and essentially sold it back to us. She left us feeling in love with our home and her conviction remained rock steady to the end getting the sale over the line at a price we all believed was correct. She is a bone fide class act. Alongside her Penny and Kirsty conducted the two viewings that eventually sold the house, both were fantastic throughout and deserve huge credit as do the whole office team who clearly all work together to get the best for their clients. I would recommend all of them in a heartbeat. Our very best wishes and thanks - Mike and Lisa.
