GoogleWe have just exchanged contracts on our dream family home. We couldn’t be happier. From the very first viewing and through to the very end Jo Roscoe and the team at Hazlemere have been fantastic. They really pulled out all the stops to get this property sold and above market value too. So very pleased. If you're sat on the fence, or considering going to auction with your property, do it! A special thank you to Sarah West who has a role no other Beaconsfield Estate Agents offer. Once a sale is agreed Sarah chases both sides solicitors to keep progress on tracks, gives brilliant advice and has kept us updated throughout. GoogleMichele showed us round a property in June 2026. She was respectful and understanding and let us get on with looking. We had specific requirements such as showing us the loft, garage space and asking the vendor to put the heating on during summer, all this was done with ease and no judgement. The communication was very clear and professional and we ended up getting our offer accepted. We felt the valuation of the property was fair in the given market (June 2026). Our experience as buyers from them has been good so far.

GoogleKathi & Sue handled the letting and management of my property for 7 years while I lived abroad. Having just sold the house through Tim Russ as well, I just wanted to leave a review. Throughout those 7 years, everything was managed in a proactive, professional and efficient way. Living on a different time-zone, it was incredibly reassuring to know the property was in capable and caring hands. The whole experience was remarkably stress free for myself, and my tenants. His follow up call for feedback was timely, as was the clarification of points raised at the viewing. Negotiating an offer has been seamless and everything clearly confirmed by Liam, via email/telephone. GoogleTim Russ in Wendover have been wonderful during a really hard time after a bereavement. They have worked so hard to sell my much loved family home with care and dignity. From start to finish Harry has been very transparent, providing support and really important advice that has lead to a sale. The whole team has been fantastic from start to finish, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. GoogleLiam at Tim Russ Wendover has been one of the best estate agents we have come across. He worked hard to find us the right property, and even though it didn't quite work out with the properties we liked, his service never dropped. If ever you are looking for a property in the Wendover area, I would ask for him.
