From the very first viewing (plus multiple others) to completion, Tim Russ were absolutely fantastic. The whole team were highly professional and very accommodating to our requests. We were also very fortunate to have Laura looking after our purchase who was truly amazing, though no words can really describe how helpful she was. To say moving home is one of the most stressful things to do was just not the case with Tim Russ. Highly recommended

Outstanding Service and Expertise! I recently had the pleasure of working with Tim Russ & Company for my property purchase in Aylesbury, and I cannot recommend them enough! From start to finish, their service and expertise were outstanding. Laura Mullen, my main point of contact, was a true professional. She was incredibly responsive, always keeping me informed and guiding me through the entire process with patience and clarity. Despite her being on annual leave during completion, her colleagues seamlessly stepped in to ensure a smooth handover of keys. The team's attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident in every interaction. They went above and beyond to make sure my experience was positive and stress-free. I am thrilled with my new home, and it wouldn't have been possible without Tim Russ & Company. If you're in the market for buying or selling property in Aylesbury, I highly recommend their services. You won't be disappointed! Thank you again, Tim Russ & Company, for an exceptional experience. Best regards, Prabhu

We contacted the Tim Russ & Company for help in finding accommodation to rent in Princess Risborough. The service we received was exceptional. Clear, understandable and very consistent. Manager, showing interest in a quick and effective solution for both parties, provided a high-class service both in concrete actions and in communications. Thanks a lot!!!

Daniel and his sales team recently marketed and sold a Thame property for me. From the initial contact through to completion of the sale Daniel provided excellent service and attention to detail. The whole sales team were professional and pro-active to both buyer and seller. They managed an extremely tight time scale interacting with both the buyers and sellers conveyancers. Great job all round - thank you !

Tim Russ (in particular Martin) did a fantastic job selling our house. They took the time to get to know the property and asked plenty of questions so they could accurately answer any questions from potential buyers. Martin went above and beyond to help us understand each step of the process and had a complete handle on all the parties involved in the chain, keeping us updated daily when it came to exchange and completion. Would highly recommend this estate agents.

This is the second time I have used Tim Russ & Co Hazlemere to sell a home within the last 12 months and, yet again, they provided an exemplary service. Particularly when the transaction slowed to a snails place, Martin showed the true value of an excellent agent by carefully managing the buyer and the legal teams throughout what was a drawn out process, and keeping us informed at every step of the way. Again, very many thanks and highly recommended.

We really can’t recommend Martin, Jo and all the team at Tim Russ Hazlemere highly enough. Martin’s advice when we put our house on the market was extremely professional. He has many years of experience in the local area, which is invaluable. When we had the unfortunate experience of a buyer pulling out, they reacted incredibly quickly to get the house back on the market and sold a second time. Jo was brilliant in taking us through the selling process; nothing was ever too much trouble and her communication was excellent. It was such a positive experience and we are so grateful to all the team for their input.
