I don’t normally leave reviews but in this case I feel like it is needed for this company and team. I rented a property through Tim russ in Wendover and all I can say is from start to finish it was everything you’d hope for. I dealt with Laura Mullen for a few months as we were involved in a rather long chain together. She was without doubt a breath of fresh air to deal with. When you are dealing with a chain where the other agents just had no clue and so unhelpful, to have someone like Laura involved, it made the whole situation so much easier. We worked as a team to get the chain moving, we spoke most days as it was the only way to get these buyers and sellers moved. We have had a long and complicated sale which included 2 buyers, a government run Help to Buy scheme and an international move to South Africa for us in the middle of it all. All of this makes for the stuff of nightmares, however Tim Russ and Laura Mullen in particular went above and beyond at every step of the process to get our sale through. I genuinely do not think we would have completed yet had it not been for Laura’s perseverance and determination. She spent 5 hours alone on hold to the government to try and push through some of the Help to Buy documentation; I know that ‘hold’ music will probably haunt her forever!!
