GoogleIs it weird to miss your estate agent after the transaction is complete?! Laura Mullen at Tim Russ Wendover is such a dream to work with. Absolutely on it. Professional, speedy and brilliant fun. She made the whole selling process so smooth - and we had lots of laughs along the way too, which certainly helps what can be a very stressful time. Whole team there is fab. Thoroughly recommend.

GoogleDiligent, professional, communicative and caring. We'd recommend the whole team to anyone looking to buy or sell in Wendover. The work that agents undertake after an offer has been accepted is often overlooked but it's vital in bringing a sale/purchase to completion and everyone, but especially Adrian and Nicky couldn't have done more to help us. Great service and a big "thank you".

GoogleOutstanding customer service from a really professional team. Jo, Martin and the whole team have been great to work with throughout and made for a very stress free sale. It's easy to under-estimate the value that a good agent such as this can bring and they definitely set the bar high. It's the second time we've used Tim Russ and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleMy Dad purchased a property in July 2023 and we were really pleased with how this was handled. Communication was fast, clear, and the process was very smooth as a result. Everyone we spoke to was aware of the sale and knew the details, and all were so friendly and helpful which goes such a long way when completing something as stressful as purchasing a house! Laura, in particular, was amazing, even helping after the sale had completed and going way above and beyond without needing to. Highly recommend this agency if you want to remove as much stress as possible from house hunting and buying or selling!

GoogleInstructed Tim Russ with our recent sale, and they were great from start to finish. We worked with Fi who was pleasant and knowledgeable about the local market. She had done her homework to value our home accurately rather than just check Rightmove and see what other similar sized properties were up for which is what the other local agents did on meeting them. Thanks Fi, Dom and the rest of the TR team.

GoogleFiona at Tim Russ provides an exceptional service. We purchased a house she was managing last year and without Fiona constantly cajoling all the parties in the chain, the sale would have fallen through. She was always polite, professional and excellent at maintaining good communication with us.
