Was told to avoid this company and I should have listened told me that I had the property paid my holding fee they contacted my landlord without my permission which caused alot of trouble at my end solicitors involved etc landlord tried to evict me for them to only tell me that the landlord "wants someone better" waste of my time and has put me in a very difficult situation which could have been avoided also they said it will take 7 working days to refund my holding fee it's been a month and still haven't received the refund avoid this company very very poor service you have been warnedNegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Never ring back on what landlords say but quick enough ring when chasing up the rent but no other time and you can never get through to the right person but they am all in the same office
