GoogleHave emailed on several occasions to enquire regards a flat in Blackpool They didn't get back How do they manage to sell property is beyond me

GoogleShame you can't give 0 stars. If you are an owner of a property don't let these liars see over letting your property because they are overseeing the property in my block of flats above me, in march 23 I contacted them to say there was a sewage leak from there property into my bathroom, a so called plumber came out (or so they said one came out, I didn't see them, so I can only assume noone called or there plumbers knowledge is very limited) I was told he came up with there was no leak, even though I had the leaks on camera dripping from the ceiling, the problem seemed to of stopped, then again over the last few days the problem started again, so I contacted them again and I had a call from one of the maintenance guys saying "don't worry we have it in hand" obviously this was a lie because again it has not been acted on, this company is one of the worse I have had the misfortune to of come in contact with in blackpool, they leave me no option but to contact the owners and claim compensation for the mess to be cleaned up, if you are looking for property maintenance don't trust these because you will end up paying more for basic work needing doing than is needed.

GoogleAbsolutely trash. Dont care about families....our bond hasnt been protected for over a year now.there all just full of it. Updated now it's still 4 years and no bond protection

GoogleI have been contacting Tiger Lettings for the past 2 months requesting viewings on their properties. I have filled out an application form beforehand in order to view properties, they arrange viewings then cancel last minute. They completely ignore emails about arranging viewings and insist on an application form being filled out every viewing request rather than finding an already submitted application form on their system. When I ring up they tell me they will contact me back just to never hear from them again. They have no interest in helping potential tenants and I can imagine this wouldn’t change once you’ve started a tenancy agreement with them.

GoogleReally disappointed. Our property was booked in for a valuation appointment. No one bothered to turned up, we rung up 30 minutes after the appointment time to see where the valuer was or what was going on, to then be told that the man doing the appointment had rang in sick and wouldn't be attending. Nice of anyone to let us know. If you can't be bothered to turn up to appointments and look after your customers when you're trying to win business then can hardly see them wanting to help sell the property once the cash is already in their pocket. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

GoogleTHE worst experience ever. As a newbie to the housing market I just felt so patronised. Constantly tell me and my partner one thing and doing another. No communication at all. I know you see a lot of people complaining in reviews which can be eyerolling but please don't waste your time. You deserve better, especially if you're new to the housing market. Much better places to go.

GoogleArrogant abrupt and unbelievably rude staff/receptionist. We had a budget that we weren’t prepared to go over. We put a low but reasonable offer in on a bungalow but she said owner wouldn’t accept it and didn’t pass the offer on. She then questioned why we wouldn’t go higher and was dismissive of our concerns. Our budget is our budget and certainly doesn’t have to be explained to them. I have to question if they are qualified as they have no understanding of how the real estate market works and that there has to be open and polite dialogue between all parties. Not just the opinion of an ageing woman longing for better days! We sold our house with Farrell and heyworth who were exceptional unlike this lot.
