GoogleNever use these, they lied about getting in my house, I asked questions to see if there was a problem? They said no, not all just regular checks.. the next day they served my notice of two months.. I have been at my property for over 26 years, rent up to date ect.. when I asked tiger if they knew I was going to be evicted, when I rang up to query the visits to my house?.. The arrogant manager stated, she refuses to answer that question.. don't do any business with them
Dear Terry, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are, of course, disappointed to learn that you feel our service over many years warrants a one-star rating. We understand that the situation regarding your tenancy is highly distressing. As communicated to you, it is regrettable that your landlord's health has deteriorated to a point where they now require vacant possession of the property to facilitate its sale. While we explored the possibility of selling the property with you as a tenant in situ, this was unfortunately not viable on this occasion. We acknowledge that our communication with you during this process could have been handled better, and we apologise for any additional stress this may have caused. That said, we must address the events that unfolded at our Whitegate Drive office. While we understand your frustration, your behavior during the incident caused significant concern for the safety of our staff. Threats and physical aggression towards our team, including attempting to damage property, required the involvement of the police. Consequently, both Tiger Sales & Lettings and the Police have requested that you refrain from visiting our office. We deeply regret the circumstances that have led to this outcome, particularly given the long-standing relationship we have shared. These events stem from factors beyond our control, and we truly empathize with the emotional difficulty of losing a long-term home. GoogleIf I could give 0 stars I would, avoid this estate agents, references were contacted over 2 weeks after application submitted, after 3 and half weeks, I explained I was going to have to withdraw as I needed a house desperately and something else was available immediately, I specifically asked if I would still get my fee back obviously minus the £25 they charge for references as I had never known an agent take so long, which I was told I certainly would, just called in to be told no way as I withdrew... Shocking, so if your a landlord of whitegate drive, I viewed and applied same day offering 6 months rent up front, can bet you wasn't aware...

GoogleExcellent experience selling my property. Detailed and presice instructions on what I needed to do. Great contact but not overwhelming. Chris gave an honest and open account of the market, what would work well and how best to put the property forward. All aspects handled by Chris and the team, Michael has kept me up to date as to where everything is up to and what's required. After a bad experience with another estate agent, it's great to know there is still a good one out there!! Highly recommend.

GoogleWouldn't even give them a 1 star if I didn't have to! Book a viewing a new house that was put on the marker that day, was told I was the first person to view, made a appointment for today at 2.30 to get there with no answer to be told when I rang thats it's now under offer! No phone call or email to let me know just let me turn up and take half a day off work! What a waste of time!!! I am so mad I would not recommend tiger to anyone.

GoogleI have been using Tiger sales and lettings for over 10 years now to rent out all my properties. Other family members also use Tiger. I have just rented out one of my properties through Tiger and have another up for rent at present and have nothing but praise for all of the staff involved and Chris the manager at Highfield Road who works tirelessly to make sure that everything run smoothly. Thank you once again for making my rental experience stress free and at a really good fee. We will continue to use you through all of our properties and thank you for all your help over the years

GoogleCustomer service is absolutely shocking the way some staff speak to you when you call that’s if you can actually get them too answer the phone!! So absolutely nothing to help tenants don’t keep you updated and do not help the conditions my family members are living in is an absolute disgrace. Doesn’t matter how many times you phone or beg for help they do absolutely nothing to help or be a good letting agency how they have any custom is beyond me I’d avoid at all costs from renting from this letting agency. I asked to speak to a manager today because of the way I was spoken too and put me on hold and then ended the call. Vile service.
