From our findings, during your initial phone call with our colleague Michelle on Monday 20th April at 14:19, a viewing was arranged for a property on Laburnum Street at 12:00. While other properties were discussed, no additional appointments were booked at that time. When you contacted us again, there appeared to be some confusion on your part regarding both the time and location of the viewing. Abby explained the situation and offered to assist by rebooking the appointment for a more convenient time. At this stage, the call was escalated to our Branch Manager, Jacob, who advised that he would review the matter further with the team. We would also like to address your concerns regarding how the call was handled. While we always aim to maintain a professional and respectful standard of communication, our review indicates that the conversation became increasingly difficult, including instances where inappropriate language was directed towards our staff. This is something we do not condone, as we are committed to providing a safe and respectful working environment for our team. For clarity, our colleague attended the property at the agreed time of 12:00 as scheduled. Tiger Sales & Lettings
