GoogleThey do some fake thigs filing form and take £25 non refundable for each application After a few days call you oh sorry the landlord rejected your application. I have applied for one of the properties I am working I submitted my work paper and every thing and offer to pay 6 Months advance pay rent. Sadly after few days called me that the landlord rejected your application. I told them please tell me what is the reason for rejection they said nothing but rejected. This is just for taking £25. The worst estate agent I have ever seen so highly recommended not go to them.

GoogleThe worst agency we have ever dealt with. Would strongly advise to avoid! If there was a no-star option we would give that. It was days before they even sent our references and we had to practically get them ourselves and keep chasing them up. Everything took way longer than was needed and when the landlord eventually got back to us (we were told our references were great and nothing holding us back) the only reason we were given for being declined the property was “he didn’t think we were the right people” having never met us. Now we are £25 down, still not received our £125 back after over a week and obviously now are behind in finding a new home.

GoogleBEN - THE LETTING MANAGER WAS NOT USEFUL AT ALL - ENDED UP TAKING MONEY AND PROVIDING NOTHING - I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE EVERYONE NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS PREPARED TO LOSE MONEY

GoogleGot 2b by far the worst estate agents I've ever had the displeasure to come across. Rubbish at call backs, don't check if people have mortgages b4 allowing them 2put in offers then have the gall to try and charge £300 even when your sole agency is up. STAY AWAY FROM THESE IF U WANT TO SELL YOUR HOME COS THEY WON'T DO IT AND WASTE YOUR TIME!

Googleabsolutley terrible emergency service.im currently waiting for a phone call from their maintenance man who only recieves emails.!!!..can not be contacted by phone.my boiler is making an almighty racket shaking the taps and radiators.water pouring outside..(boiler is gas!!)..and ive been told there is nothing more they can do !!..i feel like they are placing me and my family in danger.i didnt want to give 1 star but i had to so i could post this!!!

GoogleDONT USE THIS COMPANY I Received a letter to say they would be inspecting my house at 10:30 am approximately, I called at 11:35 to complain that no one had turned up, I again phoned to ask when this inspection would take place as I had spent all morning waiting for the visit, , the switchboard operator said she would get someone to call at 12:22 I still hadn't received a call, Abysmal service, they couldn't care less, I shall be speaking to my landlord to tell them Again of this inept service. GoogleI WOULD SAY TO ALL WHO LET FROM TIGER DO NOT USE THEM. i REPORTED JOBS TO BE DONE IN THE HOUSE AND THEY TOOK AGES TO DO THEM I WENT IN MANY TIMES AND THEY STILL TOOK AGES TO GET THEM DONE WHEN IT WAS TIME TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY, I CLEAN ALL THE WAY THOUGH THE HOUSE AND CLEANED THE CARPETS,I EVEN WENT BACK TWICE TO TO THIS AND THEY TOOK HALF MY BOND SO NOW I'M SEEKING A SOLICITOR AND WAITING FOR INVOICES FOR THE THINGS THEY SAID .

GoogleAlthough we didn't purchase the property we viewed..we found the Agent extreemly helpfull professional friendly..he gave us sound advice. He left such a good impression that we intend to hand over the property we did purchase..hand to Tiger lettings to find us the right tennant

GoogleMy parents sold their property through Tiger and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The photos they took were excellent and definitely helped to sell the property. All the staff were great and they kept my parents fully up to date throughout. I would highly recommend Tiger and wouldn't use any other agent!
