GoogleWe carnt thank think enough . 2 terraced houses one in Haydock and one in Warrington both sold within weeks of going on the market . One completed in just under 5 months and one completed in 3 months . All the team were amazing but Matt was our main guy we dealt with on both our houses and he bent over backwards to help and sort out all issues and made the sale really easy and hassle free . Weβre in our for ever home but if needed to it he think we call on to sell

GoogleTHINK estate agents made it simple and quick for me to become a first time renter and breeze through referencing with on hand support from my personal letting agent Jade with queries both before and after moving into the property
However I would recommend exercising caution when being contacted by there partner goodlord as they refferd me to a billing service with acasa which became a nefarious ordeal however these have no direct relation to think sales and lettings.

GoogleWe were impressed with Think from our first contact with them. They were really friendly and professional and everyone we came into contact with was knowledgeable and helpful. Matt handled our sale and was conscientious and as keen as we were to secure the best deal on our property. Thinkβs advice was sound and we got more than we would have done if weβd gone to any of the other two agents we met. The sale took a long time, but that wasnβt down to Matt or Think, it was a chain problem. Matt kept us up to date throughout and chased the chain to complete. We would definitely recommend Matt and Think to people looking to sell their property.
