GoogleAmazing estate agent, extremely high quality online adverts with photos and video tours. Very responsive to phone calls even outside of office hours. I believe it made a positive difference to the sale of my property which only took 48hrs.

GoogleCan't speak highly enough of think- I was started in invest in a new area and they made the whole process so much easier, nothing is too much trouble, and I felt I was dealing with honest people who gave genuine advise. They also carefully pick tenants and the process is rigorous but this reassures you they have the landlords best interests at heart. Thank you

GoogleThink sold my house at perhaps the busiest time for the housing market. They got me more than I was expecting and have a small team which meant I wasn't always talking to someone who didn't know where things were up to. Sharon sold the house on the first viewing she did and is super kind and easy to speak to. Would use Think again no question.

GoogleLovely helpful staff, nothing is ever too much trouble. As a tenant everything is dealt with so quickly and professionally. The 3/6 monthly inspections are brilliant for all landlords and especially with current covid situation they are still carried out for landlords in a safe and secure way. Would highly recommend to rent a property from these guys and also if you have a property to rent out i feel like they would give just as amazing service to their landlords as they do their tenants, they definitely stand for everything i believe in for what agents should provide to their customers. Thank you for everything :)

Any maintenance issues have been resolved quickly and they have regularly checked that the tenancy still meets our needs. They have always responded quickly to any emails or calls and have provided a high level of customer service. We have rented with other providers previously and THINK's attitude towards their tenants, professionalism and responsiveness is of a very high quality compared to previous estate agents. GoogleI put my house on the market with THINK as they were completely different to others I looked at. I was impressed with the way they listed my house and how organised with the viewings and process from start to finish. Sharon did a great job communicating everything with me too. It wasn't long (day or so) until I had several viewings and offers were put in. Accepted the offer and proceeded with the sale. I'd recommend the team to anyone looking to sell.
