GoogleWe have been renting a property through THINK for almost a year now and the service has been amazing. Any maintenance issues have been resolved quickly and they have regularly checked that the tenancy still meets our needs. They have always responded quickly to any emails or calls and have provided a high level of customer service. We have rented with other providers previously and THINK's attitude towards their tenants, professionalism and responsiveness is of a very high quality compared to previous estate agents. GoogleIt's been 19 years since we went through the journey of moving house and to be honest I wasn't sure what to expect now, Jack and the team at Think took the worry and mystery away, I would 100% recommend them, communication has been great from day 1, we first experienced being on the buying side as we viewed a property with them which prompted us to sell with them, the attention to detail with the covid situation made us feel safe when viewing the property then being on the other side of the fence being a seller it's been good to have the support and enthusiasm of the think team. There are a number of packages for selling, we opted for hybrid which includes professional photography and video on many internet sites, the EPC was included in the price (unlike some of the competition) I love receiving emails giving hints and tips on moving, how to make the best of your property to potential buyers and sales progression info. GoogleHave recently (Sept/October 2020) placed two houses for Sale with THINK! Both SOLD extremely quickly, one within the week and the other in 48 hrs! I believe the quick Sales were down to the great Marketing skills this Business offers. The Service from start to finish is very Professional, kept me up to date with information on viewings and feedback. GoogleGreat experience from start to finish. Jack and Hannah came to measure and photograph the house, the photographs were amazing quality, and we soon had lots of viewers through the door. Matt was great throughout helping me with questions and getting the viewings booked. Once we had an offer, Sharon kept in contact throughout, always seemed happy to help and didn’t mind my constant bugging (sorry)! The whole process was stress free and smooth thanks to the whole team.
